Commercial HVAC Filters for AHU Systems
Most commercial AHUs are spec’d in three stages — a coarse pre-filter, a medium pocket, then a finer filter on the supply. We make the set: panel and pleated pre-filters, pocket and rigid filters, V-bank cells, carbon and media rolls.
We supply standard HVAC sizes and custom dimensions, so a replacement schedule can come from one order.

What types of filters are used in an AHU?
A typical AHU runs three stages: G2–G4 (MERV 4–8) panel or pleated pre filters that protect the coil, F5–F7 (MERV 9–13) pocket filters that carry most of the dust load, and F8–F9 (MERV 14–15) pocket or V-bank fine filters on the supply side. Activated carbon stages handle odors and VOCs, and HEPA modules follow downstream in critical zones. We manufacture every stage, so one order covers the full unit.
What micron size do AHU filters capture?
AHU filters are rated by particle-size fraction rather than a single micron figure. Coarse pre filters (G2–G4) hold dust of roughly 10 µm and above, medium F5–F7 filters are tested against the ePM10 and ePM2.5 fractions, and fine F8–F9 filters against ePM1 — particles of one micron and below. Where sub-micron control is critical, downstream HEPA filters capture 99.99% of 0.3 µm particles.
How often should commercial HVAC filters be replaced?
Track final pressure drop per stage rather than the calendar: pre filters load fastest and shield the stages behind them, while medium and fine filters run longer between changes. Fixed intervals either waste filters or let fan energy costs climb — tell us your stage setup and runtime and we help set a per-stage schedule; most customers move to a monthly supply program.
Can I order pre, medium and fine AHU filters together?
Yes — all three stages come from the same factory: G2–G4 pre panels, F5–F9 pockets and V-bank or rigid finals, with coordinated sizes and headers, packed and loaded to your container plan. One supplier audit and one quality system cover your whole filter schedule.
What is your MOQ and lead time?
MOQ from 200 pieces, or 20 rolls for filter media. Free samples ship in 3 days; standard orders in 7–10 working days; bulk or custom orders in 15–20 days, with a green channel for urgent replacements.

Both. Filters are built to metric or imperial dimensions — 595×595 mm, 20×25×1–5 in and non-standard sizes — with cardboard, aluminum, galvanized, stainless or ABS frames, and shipped under your brand with private label packaging.
