Filter Media Rolls for HVAC and Spray Booth
These are the rolls that go into finished filters - synthetic pre and coarse media, blue-white inlet media, needle-punched and flame-retardant grades, F5 ceiling diffusion, fiberglass paint stop, plus high-temperature and activated carbon media.
We supply full rolls up to 2.1 m wide, slit widths, or cut pieces, with grammage and thickness matched to the spec. The same filter media is also used in our own filter production lines.

What does a bag filter do in an HVAC system?
It carries the fine filtration stage. In a typical air handling unit a coarse panel pre-filter catches large dust, then the pocket or bag filter — usually F5 to F9 — removes fine particles before air reaches coils, ducts or a final HEPA stage. Multiple deep pockets give it several times the media area of a flat filter, so it holds more dust at lower pressure drop and runs longer between changes.
Pocket filter or bag filter — is there a difference?
No — they are the same construction under two names: a header frame with sewn media pockets, and both terms are used interchangeably across markets. Specify the grade (G4-F9), face dimensions, pocket depth and pocket count, and you'll get a like-for-like quote whichever term you use.
What micron size does an AHU bag filter capture?
Bag filters aren't rated by a single micron cut-off — efficiency is graded against particle-size fractions. Under ISO 16890 an F5 pocket captures 50–60% of ePM10 (particles up to 10 µm), while F7-F9 pockets capture 50% to over 80% of ePM1 (jusqu'à 1 µm). Match the grade to the downstream air quality your specification calls for.
Do you make fiberglass and synthetic pocket filters?
Oui. Pocket media options cover non-woven synthetic, polyester and fiberglass, plus activated carbon media for odor and VOC duty. Polyester bags are a frequent choice where hygiene matters — a large-scale food factory runs our polyester fiber filter bags for their low resistance and high dust-holding capacity.

Can you build custom pocket counts, depths or header frames?
Yes — pocket count, pocket depth, face size, media grade and header frame (aluminium, galvanized, stainless or ABS) are all production variables, with private label packaging if required. When Midea's filters clogged too fast, our engineers re-tuned the media pore density to raise dust-holding capacity and cut resistance — the same development support is available for OEM programs.
