Low-resistance secondary and final filtration for high-airflow AHUs — M6 to UH19 grades, in standard or custom sizes.

When an AHU has to move a lot of air, a V-bank packs several pleated packs into one frame, so M6 through F9 / Mât 15 — and HEPA when needed — can run at lower resistance. Rigid pockets (MERV 5–14) cover the stages in front.
We build them on the same floor as the panel, bag and HEPA filters they sit with, in standard or custom sizes.
| EU Class (DANS 779 / DANS 1822) | ISO 16890 / DANS 1822 | Mât | Typical AHU stage |
|---|---|---|---|
| M6 | ePM10 ≥60% | MERV 11–12 | Secondary stage after G4 pre-filters |
| F7–F8 | ePM1 50–80% | MERV 13–14 | Fine filtration for commercial supply air |
| F9 | ePM1 ≥80% | Mât 15 | Final stage ahead of terminal HEPA — cleanroom pre-filtration |
| H10–UH19 | HEPA / Ulpa (DANS 1822) | MERV 16–19 | HEPA-grade V-bank for critical environments |
| Rigid pocket | Coarse – ePM1 | MERV 5–14 | Pre & medium duty in HVAC systems |
Class cross-references are industry-accepted approximations (DANS 779 / ISO 16890 / Ashrae 52.2 Mât).
Taille, grade and frame can follow the existing housing, or we build a new spec. Private-label OEM is also available.

Your brand, our production
PE-sealed, container loading optimized
Lock specifications and pricing once — we schedule production and container loading around your consumption, so your air handling units never wait for filters.

Mini-pleat forming, V-bank assembly and frame sealing run in our own factory. Each batch is tested on equipment covering coarse through HEPA grades.
Inside Our Factory →
Bureaux, hotels and malls upgrading supply-air quality without paying for it in fan energy — low-resistance finals for high-airflow AHUs.
Operating theatres, isolation wards and labs — V-bank stages protect terminal HEPA filters and negative-pressure systems.
Metro stations and rail systems running ventilation around the clock — filters built to DIN 5510 / NFPA 130 fire standards.
From raw material selection to packaging and shipment, with quality checks at each stage.
