Panel and Pleated Filters for Commercial HVAC
Commercial air handlers go through a lot of panel and pleated filters. We make pleated HVAC filters in MERV 8, 11 e 13, flat pre-filters in cardboard or metal frames, washable mesh panels, and carbon panels where odor control is needed.
Sizes run from 20×25×1 up to 595×595 mm in 1, 2 e 4 inch depths, or we cut to the dimensions on the order. Private-label packaging is also available.

Merv 8 vs MERV 11 vs MERV 13 — which pleated filter do I need?
Merv 8 (≈G4) is the standard pre-filtration grade for AHU and rooftop intakes. Merv 11 (≈M6) adds finer particle capture for occupied commercial spaces, e MERV 13 (≈F7) captures fine particles for indoor-air-quality programs and for protecting downstream HEPA stages. All three run in the same face sizes and depths, so upgrading is usually a straight swap — send us your operating conditions and we'll recommend the grade.
Panel filter vs pleated filter — what's the difference?
A flat panel filter is the economical choice for coarse dust at low resistance. Pleating the media multiplies the filtration surface inside the same frame, which raises dust holding capacity and extends service life — that is why pleated filters dominate commercial HVAC. Washable metal and nylon mesh panels cover positions where filters are rinsed and reused instead of replaced.
How often should pleated HVAC filters be replaced?
Watch the pressure drop across the filter rather than the calendar — replacement is due when resistance reaches the system's rated final value. Loading varies with environment and runtime, so for steady consumption we help you set a rotation; most distributors and facility teams move to a monthly supply program.
Do you make washable panel filters?
Yes — washable metal mesh filters, nylon mesh filters and washable pleated pre-filters, with frames in aluminum, galvanizado ou aço inoxidável. They suit coarse-dust positions where rinse-and-reuse beats disposable replacement.
