Installed at the outermost air intake of the spray booth to block poplar catkins, insects, and large debris.also，Our Nylon Mesh Filters are highly versatile and widely used across various HVAC sectors:
Commercial Central HVAC Systems: Used as a primary pre-filter in Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fresh Air Systems for office buildings, Einkaufszentren, Hotels, und Krankenhäuser.
Wohnen & Light Commercial ACs: The perfect replacement or upgrade screen for mini-splits, window air conditioners, and ceiling cassette units.
Industrielle Reinräume & Workshops: Acts as the critical first-stage filtration in pharmaceutical, Elektronik, and food processing plants to protect expensive HEPA filters from large dust chunks, insects, and fluff.
Equipment Ventilation: Ideal for server room precision air conditioners, machinery enclosures, and factory intake vents.
Features high-quality monofilament nylon mesh as the media, offering exceptional mechanical strength and resilience. The frame is typically lightweight aluminum or plastic, with a slim profile (often 10mm or 21mm) to save installation space.Nylon mesh offers nearly the lowest pressure drop among all filters. This ensures basic physical interception without increasing fan energy consumption, helping maintain a stable micro-positive pressure inside the booth.
