HEPA & Cleanroom Filters

HEPA and Cleanroom Filters, H13 to ULPA

For cleanrooms and other critical spaces we make H13/H14 and ULPA to U17 — mini-pleat and deep-pleat panels, V-bank cells, gel-seal liquid tank units, and high-temperature HEPA up to 350 °C.

Frames are aluminum, galvanized, stainless steel or ABS, in standard or custom sizes. Carbon filters can go in where gas control is part of the same spec.

Ratings, Standards & Testing

Grade (EN 1822)Efficiency @ MPPSTypical Use
H13≥ 99.95%Cleanroom terminal filtration, hospital air systems, laminar flow equipment
H14≥ 99.995%Pharmaceutical, semiconductor and FFU-based cleanroom systems
U15≥ 99.9995%ULPA stage for electronics & precision manufacturing
U16–U17≥ 99.99995% / ≥ 99.999995%Ultra-critical zones — available on the mini-pleat series

Efficiencies are integral values at the most penetrating particle size (MPPS) per EN 1822 standard definitions; deep pleat and V-bank series also cover EN 779 M6–F9 medium and fine grades.

FAQs

What is the difference between H13 and H14 HEPA filters?
Both are HEPA grades under EN 1822: H13 captures at least 99.95% and H14 at least 99.995% of particles at the most penetrating particle size (MPPS). H14 is specified where cleanliness demands are strictest — pharmaceutical filling, semiconductor cleanrooms, FFU systems — while H13 covers most hospital and general cleanroom terminal filtration. We manufacture both across mini-pleat, deep-pleat, V-bank and gel-seal liquid tank formats.
Do you supply HEPA filters for laminar air flow systems?
Yes — our cleanroom project work covers laminar flow systems alongside FFUs and terminal housings. H13/H14 mini-pleat panels are the usual fit; send the unit dimensions and required grade and we quote a like-for-like replacement.
Can you supply HEPA filters for FFUs and cleanroom air handling systems?
Yes. We have equipped semiconductor cleanroom projects with modular FFUs running H14 HEPA filters (99.995% at 0.3 μm), and we supply cleanroom contractors, HVAC integrators and AHU/FFU equipment manufacturers directly. Filters are built to your housing dimensions with aluminum, galvanized, stainless steel or ABS frames.
Do you make high-temperature HEPA filters?
Yes — the High Temperature HEPA Filter series withstands 250–350 °C (482–662 °F), with MERV 9–15 ratings available. Tell us the operating temperature and airflow and we spec the right build.
What is your MOQ and lead time?
MOQ from 200 pieces. Free samples ship in 3 days; standard orders in 7–10 working days; bulk or custom orders in 15–20 days, with a green channel for urgent replacements.
Can you make custom sizes or private label HEPA filters?
Both. We build to standard metric and imperial sizes (such as 595×595 mm) or to your exact housing dimensions, with custom logo printing and private label packaging if required. Send dimensions, grade and target quantity for a like-for-like quote.
