Spray Booth Filters from Intake to Exhaust
A paint booth needs a different filter at each stage: pre panels at the intake, diffusion media on the ceiling, paint stop on the floor, and DPA pockets at the exhaust.
We supply them as standard pads, full rolls, or cut to the booth. OEM rolls are also available for equipment builders.

What material should I use for spray booth filters?
It depends on the position: G2–G4 synthetic panels at the intake, F5 synthetic diffusion media on the ceiling, progressive-density fiberglass paint stop on the floor, and DPA synthetic pockets at the exhaust. Booth type (downdraft / cross-draft) and bake temperature refine the choice — send us your booth layout and we'll spec it.
How often should paint booth filters be replaced?
Watch airflow resistance and overspray breakthrough rather than the calendar. Floor paint stop media loads fastest; ceiling media typically lasts several cycles longer. For steady spray volumes we help you set a replacement schedule — most customers move to a monthly supply program.
Ceiling filter vs floor filter — what's the difference?
The ceiling filter (F5, fine synthetic) diffuses clean air evenly downward over the workpiece. The floor filter (G3/G4 fiberglass paint stop) captures overspray on the way out. They fail differently and are never interchangeable.
Do you supply high-temperature paint booth filters?
Yes — high-temperature fiberglass and synthetic media rated up to 350 °C, available as an option on ceiling filters and media rolls for bake and curing booths.
What is your MOQ and lead time?
MOQ from 20 rolls or 200 pieces. Free samples ship in 3 days; standard orders in 7–10 working days; bulk or custom orders in 15–20 days, with a green channel for urgent replacements.
Can you cut filters to custom sizes or supply full rolls?
