Activated Carbon Filters for Odor and VOC Control
When the spec calls for odor, VOC or chemical control, we add activated carbon — as media rolls for converters, or as finished panel, pleated and pocket filters for HVAC and process air.
Loading, thickness and size are set per order. Granular carbon is available for heavier odor loads, as rolls, cut pieces or finished filters.

How long does an activated carbon air filter last?
There is no fixed lifespan — carbon is exhausted by the total amount of gas it adsorbs, so service life depends on pollutant concentration, airflow and the carbon loading of the filter. The practical signal is odor breakthrough: when smells return downstream, the carbon is saturated and the filter needs replacing. Higher carbon loading extends life; tell us your application and we'll spec the loading to match.
Activated carbon vs charcoal air filter — what's the difference?
In air filtration they usually mean the same thing — "charcoal filter" is the everyday name. Activated carbon is carbon processed to open up its internal pore structure, which is what gives it the adsorption capacity for odors and VOCs. What matters when buying is carbon loading, media build and format, not which of the two names is on the label.
Do you supply granular activated carbon (GAC) filters?
Yes — alongside carbon-loaded media rolls, panels, pleated and pocket filters, we build granular activated carbon configurations for heavier gas and odor loads. Send your application and target contaminants and we'll propose the carbon type and loading.

MOQ from 200 pieces. Free samples ship in 3 days; standard orders in 7–10 working days; bulk or custom orders in 15–20 days, with a green channel for urgent replacements.
Can you customize carbon loading, thickness and sizes?
