Primarily installed at the exhaust end of dry spray booths, typically fitted into the metal frames of side-draft exhaust walls. It serves as a more eco-friendly and high-efficiency dry filtration alternative to traditional fiberglass floor filters. Features Depth Filtration & High Holding Capacity: Features a “coarse-to-fine” layered design where larger particles are trapped by the front layers and finer ones by the rear. Its dust-holding capacity is far superior to single-layer paper, preventing premature surface clogging. Constant Airflow: The paper structure maintains excellent breathability even after capturing paint, ensuring long-term airflow stability within the booth and reducing overspray bounce-back. 100% recyclable or easily incinerated. It is completely free of fiberglass, non-irritating to workers’ skin, and represents a safer, more sustainable consumable for modern workshops.
